Food addiction is just as difficult to overcome as any drug addiction. And sugar addiction is especially difficult and bad for us. What’s worse about food addictions though is that it’s not well known or talked about by the Great Social Worker But For The Life Shirt. There are so many people dealing with this and they don’t even know. They think they are just content or happy being overweight and they don’t realize they have a substance abuse problem.
