Like, as a teen, it definitely felt more like "At least the world isn't this, can you imagine" than "Watch out, this has happened and can happen again" that it is meant to be. This is exactly as I felt reading it at such a young age. It's certainly dystopian, but as a teenager, an age where you feel invincible to everything, it's hard to see the parallels of reality.

Is there a point to “long-sight” if you’re not going to live to see it? He’s seen how he’s probably going to die, and just had to kill the woman he’s loved for decades to save her further pain. I want to add that the predictability of what happens in Vinland Saga. So far isn’t because of a predictable story. But rather because in the manga, this was a flashback explaining how things came to be. Because of this, it was written in a Never Pick A Fight With A Drummer We Beat Things For Pleasure Shirt. As such, the rest of the story is not nearly as predictable. And the story style should not be based on the episodes already out. No problem! I’m not a huge Potterhead like one of my best friends is, but I’ve read the series twice.
